The Maintenance Free team did a great job, and the installation crew especially were very attentive to ensuring that we had a great customer service experience. The sound dampening compared to the old wood framed double paned windows is surprising, and we no longer feel heat radiating from the windows (especially important here in Hotlanta!). All in all, we are very happy with our experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Maintenance Free Windows. We had a really tricky window set up and they were able to find a solution that was both cost efficient and aesthetically pleasing. The purchasing process was very straightforward and painless. On the day of instillation, the lead technician, Jamison, arrived right on time, talked me through the process of the day, took great care to remove the old windows safely, and installed the new windows far more quickly than I expected. I was especially impressed with how precise the new windows were sealed along the edges to our stucco; they look like they were always meant to be there. At the end of the instillation day, everything to do with the old windows was completely hauled away and we were only left with beautiful, new windows. We couldn’t be happier!

Replaced 36 year old single pane windows with some new double hung insulated windows and could not be happier. They look great, cut down on a lot of noise, and made the house more comfortable with the a/c running less. Our salesman was great and Chris and the rest of the install crew did a great job. They were on time, respectful, hard working, and cleaned up well after themselves. The wife and I are very pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing windows based on this experience.

Had 16 new Windows installed 10 days ago. So far so good. They are beautiful and so much better than my 35 year old aluminum Windows! Completely changed the look of my house for the positive! Excited to see energy savings. Already noticed how much quieter they make the house. Greg was an outstanding salesman and walked through the entire process. The window crew was very professional and made sure I approved of how they capped and gave me several options. The house was kept very clean, too. Ultimately I had several other bids but these windows were thousands less and the quality seemed either on par or much better than others. Use them! They are a no BS, honest company! Hopefully I see big energy savings and any issues I may have are taken care of swiftly!

Maintenance Free is the ONLY place to buy windows. They advertise a price and honor it. They don’t try to force you into upgrades but make them available if you want them. I chose 2 upgrades, Low E argon gas which was at available at a special price, and the capping of my sills which were terribly rotted. The salesman was no pressure, showed me the exact window I’d be getting and was quick and polite. The installers were unbelievable. They were clean, polite and paid extreme attention to detail. Never rushed and when I saw them cap my sills and install the molding around the windows, I saw how conscientious they were. After listening to high pressure salesmen and seeing shoddy installations, Maintenance Free was an exemption to the terrible reputation of window contractors. Highly recommend them.

Maintenance Free Window Company (MFWC) replaced 21 of my 20-year old wood windows with vinyl/PVC windows yesterday. I was very pleased with the professionalism and skills of the installation team. They were focused on completing the job in a timely, non-intrusive manner; no idle chit-chat or excessive breaks. Jamison, the crew leader, made sure I understood all of the steps in the process. (The crew took off their shoes when inside of the house without any prompting from me). The results of their work look great, and I would recommend MFWC to anyone considering window replacement. MFWC provides great value – they came in $44,000 less than Anderson!

Now this is a windows company. No sales pressure, excellent explanation and demo from Greg Cassidy, on time delivery and painless and extra clean installation from Davis and team. Excellent transferable warranty. I really did not think this level of service still existed. There is no reason to pay more with other window companies, give Maintenance Free Windows a shot. The windows look great and we can feel the difference in temperature already. This was an excellent overall experience. Keep it up, you are doing a great job.
