Product Warranty

All vinyl windows and patio door products sold and installed by Maintenance Free Window Company are warranted by the manufacturer to the original purchaser / property owner to be free from defects in materials for as long as the owner resides in the home in which the windows are installed. This includes the frame, the sash and all working parts (balances, locks, and vent latches).

The sealed insulated glass unit is warranted against seal failure. Seal failure is defined by moisture or “fog” between the insulated panes. Owner will be provided with a replacement insulated glass unit at no charge. Condensation on the outside glass of any window or patio door is an indication of excessive moisture in the home, and does not indicate a defective window or door, or improper installation. Acts of God (storms, hail, wind, floods, etc.), fire, and acts of war, terrorism or vandalism are not covered. Altered products and normal wear and tear items are also not covered.
