Great Experience with Sale and Installation
Greg came to our house on schedule, answered all our questions, and offered us a great price. He's been easy to get in touch with throughout the period from our first meeting through ordering and now installation. He's going to come by this week to inspect his crew's installation job and make sure we're satisfied. The crew who installed our windows were polite, efficient, and on-task. When the day was done, they cleaned up and asked us to do a walk through to make sure we were happy. The few things we spotted and asked about were corrected immediately, and if Greg sees anything on his walk-through that he's not happy with, I am confident that will be promptly corrected, too. MFW is an honest, easy-to-deal-with, and trustworthy bunch of guys. You can tell that they're serious about maintaining their good reputation by doing great work and keeping their customers satisfied.

The installation job began on Saturday, December 26, 2009 and completed on Monday, December 28, 2009. When the crew left on Saturday, even though they had to return on Monday, they cleaned up outside leaving no trace that they had been there at all that day. Had 18 windows (they qualify for the $1500 tax credit) installed last week. Got 4 quotes (I have replaced just about every dad-blasted part of my house & I always get at least 4 - 6 bids AFTER researching companies). They were the lowest bid by thousands! I usually am suspicious of quality on low bids & don't go with the lowest, but Kudzu reviews were excellent & Greg as salesman was solid, so I ordered. Install was flawless - prompt, efficient, service oriented, cleaned up well, spoke great English. Lifetime warranty & tax credit paperwork were all in order. I didn't think I could afford such high quality, energy efficient windows! They look great, outside and inside, and it didn't bust my bank account! I couldn't be happier!

Paid Attention to the Details
After looking at several window companies, we selected Maintenance Free Windows…they offer a great product, a strong service track record and the best price we could find. The installers did a fantastic job and the windows have great curb appeal. The attention to detail in the capping is fantastic. My wife made the comment several times how detailed and cautious the installers were being with not damaging the plantation shutters and caulking the windows. I know one area gave them some difficulty, but I would never know it when looking at the finished window. We were so pleased, my wife and I went ahead and did the remaining windows on the front of the house. Thanks again for a quality job on our windows.

I went with this company because the salesman said his crews did the best caulk job around. I did have problems with the caulking around 3 windows on the front of the house but the problem turned out to be bad materials. The crew came back out and redid the caulking on all three windows and did a quality job. The windows look great.

I interviewed almost a dozen window vendors. I liked the price and salesman from Maintenance Free. Free Windows (Greg Cassidy). I have not changed my mind since the windows were installed -- my neighbors are jealous! My house is so much brighter and I am looking forward to the ease of operation and maintenance. Start to finish service from my first call to Greg Cassidy for an estimate to the installation by Cabral and Eros was outstanding! I do my homework, more so than most, and when my wife and I decided to get windows the process started. Several companies later, we decided on Greg and crew. I advised Greg of some upfront concerns I had. These concerns were passed on to Cabral where they were followed through on. When job was complete, NOTHING Greg said up front was missed. I am picky about clean up. I did not want to know they were there. Guess what? Cabral and crew made this true! Excellent value, excellent service, excellent installation. Greg, you need to be proud!

Excellent Service
We recently installed 34 custom colored windows. We feel like we got a great deal. Our salesperson Rick, was knowledgeable and didn't pressure us. We live in Tennessee and recently bought a home in Alpharetta which required new windows. We needed a company that was willing to work with us remotely because we have not yet moved. Rick, our salesperson was extremely competent and honest and worked with us to make sure we were happy. The crew was professional, thorough and neat with everything being cleaned up perfectly. With the governments 30% tax credit, it was finally the right time to replace my old inefficient windows and storms. Greg has windows meeting the governments requirements and at a better price than the others I received quotes from. I had more than my share of quality issues, but Greg remained dedicated and tenacious resolving these to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I've worked with many contractors over the years and Greg was superb in his efforts to make me happy. Great service and in my opinion, the best value in town.

Greg came out to our house twice to talk to use about new windows. He was honest and told us exactly what type of window we needed for each room. He put the quote in writing and had every detail of what needed to be done before and after the install. His pricing was also the best out of the 3 quotes we received. Greg kept us informed on when our windows would be installed. On the day of installation his crew, which did an excellent job, was on time, courteous and easy to work with. We were very impressed with Greg and his team from the beginning. They were willing to work with our budget and gave us a great deal. Although we had to re-order 2 of our custom windows because of the alignment of the grids, Greg went above and beyond to get the windows right.
